Plans, prices, sizes, amenities, approvals and possession timelines come from the developer or the owner. We publish them as received. They are indicative until confirmed to you in writing, and you should verify anything you intend to rely on.

Prices do not usually include statutory charges, taxes, registration costs, parking, club or maintenance charges unless stated. Ask us for the full cost before you budget.

Many images on this website are representative. They show the kind of property being described rather than the actual unit, building or view. Where an image is a photograph of the actual property, we say so.

Layouts and dimensions, where shown, are the developer material and are subject to change by the developer or the sanctioning authority.

Where a project is registered under RERA, we will give you its registration number on request and you can verify it yourself on the UP RERA portal. We encourage you to do so.

Not every property requires registration. Smaller builder floor developments fall below the registration threshold and are legitimately unregistered. We will tell you which kind of property you are looking at rather than letting the word cover everything.

We do not promise price appreciation, rental yield or assured returns on any property, and we do not repeat such promises made by others. Where a scheme is offered with an assured return, ask what actually backs it.
